We've kicked off the year with a new website, please feel free to send feedback, we like to continually review our offering to ensure we're sourcing you the best possible products...

Later in the week we'll have 3 quick videos for you to watch - How to Order, How to Wishlist, How to Re-Order - to help save you time!

You'll find Live Chat via the new GET HELP tab, this is attached to our new knowledge base, all customer questions are published daily, anything product related, supplier related, recipes, packaging, pricing, delivery etc...you'll start to find everything you need in one spot.

First quarter this year is to get our new Suppliers up and running for you, we have some great new products on offer.  We'll also be reviewing our current supplier list to ensure they are providing you with all the product information you require to get the most from their products.

Lookout for the 'Recent' tab on the top left of your screen, when you're logged in and viewing through lots of cartons, this tab will remember where you've been so you can click back to any cartons of interest.  Nice little feature!

We've added an Activity Calendar to our blog, we're encouraging suppliers to publish any exciting activities e.g local markets, trade shows, product launches etc.. something you maybe able to visit!!

We are going to encourage more Supplier Sample packs this year so you can touch and taste the products you're interested in, it's without doubt the cheapest way to try new products.

Have a look through the product listing to ensure you're not missing out on anything - Baking Pre-Mixes, Beverages, Bisuits/Cookies&Biscotti, Breads&Muffins, Brittle/Fudge&Nougat, Chocolate, Honey&Sweeteners, Relish, Rocky Road&Slices, Supplier Samples and Tarts.

As always, just let us know if you're looking for anything in particular or would like to order from current suppliers via our site to help you consolidate your ordering process.

We have lots of great things to come in 2013;

• Lots more information to help you make a purchase decision about products that will work in your business...

Please ensure you organise your stock over the holiday period, all of our Suppliers close for a number of days over this time.

• On-line Trading remains open 24/7
• Phone Support will be closed from 14th Dec - 8th Jan
• On-line Ticket support will be received over this period and addressed if urgent (by me!!)
  
• Last despatch day is Monday 17th Dec
• Order Cut-off is Thursday 13th Dec, any late orders will be missed
• First despatch day back is Wednesday 9th January

Bondi Chai is our last supplier to come back, they re-open on Monday 14th January.

I'm sure you're all aware, freight over this period can be a nightmare so please get your orders in early, nearly all stock has more than enough shelf life.

Let me know if you have any concerns, we want to make sure you're all stocked up.

• Fudge - you heard it...

We've  finally found an amazing new fudge producer, we tasted around 10 other fudges, this is the most delicious fudge ever, thanks to customer feedback..this tastes as good as it looks!!

We had the pleasure in visiting the Hampton Festival on the weekend, what a great event.  Very well supported by the local community, it was their 10th annual festival, loads of great food & wine with fabulous entertainment.  One of our cottage industry suppliers, Apthorpe Farm had a very busy stall, nothing like listening to the crowd around you all talk about how delicious a product is, Apthorpe Farms relishes got an absolute rap.  Well done Leonie, you now have more relish fans!!  Leonies relish is 'relish with a twist', it's not what it seems, apart from the amazing colours, the taste is mind blowing, some sweet with a hint of chilli at the end and you're driven to eat more!
