Just a quick heads up on a new and exciting Cafe range from Heather Brae.  New recipe, new flavours, jam packed with yummy inclusions and best of all amazing Gluten Free cookies.  This range will be available bulk and wrapped, each wrapped flavour comes in an easy to serve counter display box.

Just letting you know we sold 75 of the original hot chocs today and would have sold more if we didnt run out of the milk hot chocs by lunchtime! We have a mobile coffee van, did a netball carnival and in the freezing cold they were an absolute hit!  Thanks so much for chasing up our order in time and please pass on our thanks to the supplier.  We will order more soon :)

You'll find Live Chat via the new GET HELP tab, this is attached to our new knowledge base, all customer questions are published daily, anything product related, supplier related, recipes, packaging, pricing, delivery etc...you'll start to find everything you need in one spot.

First quarter this year is to get our new Suppliers up and running for you, we have some great new products on offer.  We'll also be reviewing our current supplier list to ensure they are providing you with all the product information you require to get the most from their products.

Lookout for the 'Recent' tab on the top left of your screen, when you're logged in and viewing through lots of cartons, this tab will remember where you've been so you can click back to any cartons of interest.  Nice little feature!

We've added an Activity Calendar to our blog, we're encouraging suppliers to publish any exciting activities e.g local markets, trade shows, product launches etc.. something you maybe able to visit!!

We are going to encourage more Supplier Sample packs this year so you can touch and taste the products you're interested in, it's without doubt the cheapest way to try new products.

Michael & Rochelle made a visit to the Lunch trade show on Monday, caught up with a lot of our lovely suppliers.

Pantry and Larder in true style had an amazing stand, and we are really pleased to offer you their new jars.

Approximately 24 cookies/slices to a jar, they are very large glass jars, available with stickers or swing tags, I personally think the swing tags are better for product visibility.

 Flat rate of $25 a jar delivered Australia Wide, 4 jars per carton.

Our latest most frequently asked question - When is the best time to order?

By placing your orders either Friday, Saturday & Sunday, in most cases, you'll have a Monday or Tuesday despatch from the Suppliers, with an end of week delivery.  Some suppliers have specific despatch days, make sure you go to their homepage to see this - go to 'select a Supplier' and search.

Uptown slushie mixes are without doubt a quality product, school approved and produced in Australia under a HACCP certified manufacturer.  Uptown work very hard at keeping their product costs reasonable as they don't relate the cost of the product to a machine, like other slushie suppliers (e.g. giving the machine for free & charging a fortune for syrups), this means anyone can purchase their flavours and benefit from high margin sales.  If you already own a slushie machine and are paying more, you'd be crazy not to give these flavours a go.
